Don't waste your time with other construction companies or contractors. I went through a lot of rough experiences with other companies. I had a simple backyard landscaping project, and every other contractor would not commit to an actual price in writing without trying to wiggle out the opportunity to add costs mid-project. Salvy was the only company that committed to a set price, and they even came back to make a few upgrades for free just to keep me happy. These guys are very reputable.
